The car park is free, about 25 minutes drive from Exeter and off the B3180.  Postcode EX5 1JJ In the unlikely event that the Castle car park is full, there is another car park on the opposite side of the road called Estuary View. There is no cafe for refreshment on the walk so do bring your own food and drink. Woodbury Castle is an Iron Age hill fort on the Pebblebed Heaths, part of the Clinton Devon Estates, it therefore has well maintained firm footpaths over an undulating landscape.   Thank you to Adrian for selecting the route and offering to be our guide.
